Howdy Folks! I got a double header next weekend! I’ll be starting off the weekend nice and easy with a solo acoustic set from 9-11 on August 19th at the Gypsy Cafe. It’s a Small place so call to reserve a table (412) 381-4977 or 381-GYPSY. Then SATURDAY NIGHT AUG 20 —->GUITAR ZACK AND THE DAVES ARE PLAYING THE RIVERS CASINO IN PITTSBURGH! from 9-1 with special guests! But before all that, I’m playing tonite at The Warehouse Cafe in Bethel. Every Wednesday we (The Jaminators- Harry McKorkel on Bass and Smilin’ Dave on drums–((not Dave Katonik- he doesn’t smile as much))) host a jam session where any one who can solidly play blues based jam songs can come up with their instrument and sit-in! Each group of players gets 3 songs; then we rotate. Once everyone gets a chance to play and if there’s time, we start mix matching players to jam a second time! Open invite to the public! Free to get in! Good food too! In the meantime, all this morning and afternoon I’ve been drawing my CD case Cartoon! Getting closer to the goal! Have a Good Day!
